Permanent Part-timer – Adidas Canal Walk
Job Purpose
Assist management in day-to-day store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding adidas service to every customer.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, as needed.
- Support product ticketing and verify received items against paperwork.
- Assist in restocking the sales floor from the stockroom.
- Help create merchandise displays based on management guidelines.
- Master the point-of-sale system while maintaining procedural integrity.
- Utilize sales techniques like add-on selling and product expertise to meet store targets.
- Greet and guide customers to the right products; occasionally serve as a door greeter during peak times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company asset security.
Skills & Experience
- Strong passion for retail and customer service.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Excellent and engaging communication skills.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Fashion retail experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- 0–1 years of retail experience preferred.
