Role Purpose
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with stakeholders to drive new business opportunities, enhance client experience, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of corporate business development, sales, or client service experience in financial services.
- Proven sales track record in the financial services industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Process:
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored support.
- Develop innovative strategies to expand business opportunities.
- Create and execute plans to meet sales targets.
- Engage clients and intermediaries to assess financial needs and present accurate solutions.
- Collaborate internally to customize products and business cases.
- Design and package solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations.
- Conduct presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to refine sales processes.
- Introduce clients to the new business management team for seamless onboarding.
- Share expertise to guide clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Deliver on service-level agreements effectively.
- Recommend improvements for client service excellence.
- Foster a culture of feedback and exceptional client engagement.
