Your Role
As a BI Engineer, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to identify BI, reporting, and data analysis needs. You’ll design and develop dashboards, alerts, and reports while serving as a data steward and modeling expert. Your mission? To uncover insights that answer: “Can you tell us something we don’t know?”

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead BI analytical projects using tools like Google BigQuery and Looker.
- Develop enterprise-level BI solutions across functions.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
- Contribute to planning, design, development, and testing of BI solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure accuracy through rigorous testing.
- Research and recommend new tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Mentor team members and provide BI expertise.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management + 5 years of Business Analysis or related experience.
(No degree? 8+ years of relevant experience required.) - 3+ years’ experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- 3+ years’ SQL and Data Warehousing experience.
- Expertise in handling large datasets and business models.
- Advantageous:
- Google Cloud Platform/Google BigQuery.
- Python.
- E-commerce or subscriptions/recurring payments experience.
