Job Overview
As a Sales Representative for Shakaskraal Bakery, you will drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and ensure excellent market execution. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships within your assigned route.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily gate meetings to align on performance, execution, and KPI targets.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate Van Sales Representatives to optimize performance.
  • Provide in-market coaching and support to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Achieve 100% outlet coverage within assigned routes.
  • Resolve customer-specific issues through direct in-market engagement.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the customer base.
  • Attend required meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Develop and implement action plans to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Adapt strategies to align with changing business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the training team to deliver critical business skill sessions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members.

Qualifications

  • Three-year Business/Commercial qualification or equivalent.
  • Three years of FMCG experience, with at least one year in a sales role.
  • Valid driver’s license.
