Master Vehicle Technician Opportunity at First Degree Recruitment
We are seeking a skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join a leading vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct work preparation and fault diagnosis.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
- Carry out final inspections and functional tests.
- Prepare detailed reports for vehicle hand-over.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards to achieve Excellence in Service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a qualified vehicle technician.
- 2-3 years at a senior or diagnostic technician level within a franchise/corporate dealership.
- Valid proof of qualification (Trade Test/Red Seal).
- Ford Master Technician Qualification (STARs ID required).
- Experience with corporate brands (Nissan, Ford, BMW, Audi, etc.).
- Unendorsed driver’s licence.
- Proficient computer literacy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- Expertise in fault diagnosis and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
