Are you someone who can:
- Manage a portfolio of HNW & UHNW clients, ensuring tailored credit solutions
- Participate in client meetings alongside lending specialists and advisory teams
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client structures across financial pillars (lend, invest, insure, transact)
- Assess clients’ wealth strategies, including lending needs, value optimization, and risk-reward balance
- Structure deals and prepare comprehensive credit proposals
- Present credit requests to decision-making committees
- Communicate credit outcomes, covenants, and processes clearly to clients
You will be an ideal candidate if you can:
- Monitor portfolio risks, track covenants, and conduct deal-specific reviews
- Identify and analyse economic and industry trends affecting credit risk
- Collaborate with stakeholders across FirstRand for client-centric solutions
- Proactively manage risk, triggers, and unexpected events
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with company values
- Innovate to enhance value and efficiency while maintaining cost discipline

We can be a match if you have:
- A BCom in Finance/Accounting or a CA(SA) qualification
- 1-3+ years of credit experience with strong business acumen
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment
- Proficiency in cash flow modelling, forecasting, and covenant structuring
- A solution-driven mindset with strong deal-making skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and high integrity
