PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, cost control, risk mitigation, stock loss prevention, administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service, store image maintenance, stock management, and promotional execution.
- Minimize stock loss by promoting a secure store culture and adhering to cash handling and security procedures.
- Control costs by optimizing store efficiencies in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines.
- Lead, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team.
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficient in English.
- Relevant tertiary education (degree/diploma in business/retail preferred).
- 1-2 years of retail leadership experience.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office/GSuite is an advantage).
