Reporting to: Engineering Manager (Fulfillment Operations)
Your Mission
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues.
- Troubleshoot system issues independently.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and system inefficiencies.
- Detect and act on system trends.
- Collaborate across business units to resolve challenges.
- Train end-users and contribute to system documentation.
- Maintain system integrity through problem-solving and research.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Support communication plans to drive system adoption and innovation.
- Analyze data to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Measure, report, and recommend improvements.
- Mentor and assist junior analysts.
- Contribute to hiring and operational project deployments.
- Debug code in multiple programming languages (advantageous).

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field + 3+ years of operational support in a tech environment.
- No degree? 5+ years of operational support experience required.
- Strong database and SQL scripting skills.
- Experience in system support and monitoring.
- Bonus: Knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics, Machine Learning, Web Development, IaaS, or PaaS.
- E-commerce background is advantageous.
