Description
Join AFGRI as a Parts Salesperson and provide exceptional over-the-counter sales and efficient administration of parts stock. Your role will ensure seamless customer service and optimal stock management.
Requirements
Education/Training:
- Grade 12
Work Experience:
- 1 year of sales and administration experience
- Parts sales experience is essential
Key Performance Areas
- Maintain stock availability by placing orders in line with branch procedures
- Conduct regular stock counts and stocktaking
- Manage stock control and rotation of old and new inventory
- Build strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
- Ensure accurate cash balancing and secure payment processing
- Process sales and returns according to company procedures
- Adhere to risk and safety legislation
- Keep stock in a safe and well-organized condition
Technical Knowledge/Competencies
- Product knowledge
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication
- Valid driver’s licence
