What Will You Do?
As a Sales Manager, you will oversee employees in order processing and dispatch, ensuring seamless workflow. You will liaise between Administration, Sales, and Technical Departments, develop sales plans and forecasts, and manage price lists.

Qualification and Experience
- Grade 12
- FSCA compliance:
- Pre-2010 entrants: 30/60 credits or full qualification.
- Post-2010 entrants: Full 120-credit NQF Level 4 (B1/B2) qualification (NQF Level 5 advantageous for Retail Pensions).
- RE 5 required upon appointment.
- Class of Business certification mandatory if not deemed Fit and Proper before April 2018.
Knowledge and Skills
- 2+ years sales experience (1+ year in financial services: Cat B1/B2/Retail Pensions).
- 1+ year management experience.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and Sanlam products (preferred).
- People management expertise.
- Internal applicants must meet past performance criteria.
