Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, overhaul, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Dismantle, fit, and assemble machinery parts efficiently.
- Perform pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs.
- Execute scheduled maintenance and support equipment installations.
- Inspect, test, and repair MCC circuits, wiring systems, and electrical equipment.
- Operate, install, and troubleshoot programmable logic control (PLC) circuits.
- Install and commission new machinery as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults with precision.
- Conduct thorough inspections and complete accurate job card documentation.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and contribute to safety procedure improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory plant environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and safety regulations.
- Team player with excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to work overtime or weekends when required.
