Job Purpose
Assist in daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding adidas service to every customer.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, as required.
- Assist with product ticketing and verifying received items against paperwork.
- Support stockroom-to-sales floor product flow when needed.
- Help create merchandise displays based on management guidelines.
- Learn and confidently operate the point-of-sale system while following procedures.
- Utilize selling techniques, such as add-on sales and product knowledge, to meet sales goals.
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right products, occasionally serving as a door greeter during peak times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company asset security.
Skills & Experience
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong, positive communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Fashion retail experience is a plus but not required.

Education & Experience
- Matric Certification or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of retail experience preferred.
