As the Wholesale Specialist, your primary focus will be representing and managing Red Bull’s business with Independent Wholesalers. You’ll develop annual business plans, drive growth, optimize availability, and enhance visibility to maximize sales of all Red Bull products. Your efforts will directly increase Distribution, Execution, and Volume across your assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Territory Coverage

  • Execute effective outlet coverage at optimal frequencies, ensuring cost efficiency and route optimization.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of geographic and demographic areas within your assigned region.
  • Implement and sustain a strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) approach for your territory.
  • Oversee administration and development of your designated area.

Perfect Store

  • Maintain and expand Perfect Store databases, focusing on availability, distribution, pricing, visibility, and additional placements.
  • Achieve quarterly KPIs, including Perfect Store standards and outlet volume growth.
  • Build strong relationships through effective communication and influence decision-makers with compelling insights.

Stock Management

  • Ensure Red Bull SKUs are always in stock and displayed in all outlets.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to guarantee continuous product availability.
  • Manage free goods budgets for efficient execution.

POS Management

  • Secure and enhance Red Bull’s in-store brand presence.
  • Plan, order, and place POS materials, ensuring proper installation and updates.
  • Guarantee promotional compliance, ensuring campaigns launch on time.

Budget Management

  • Oversee assigned budgets (e.g., incentives, free goods, POS, regional accounts).

Additional Responsibilities

  • Analyze regional opportunities and take decisive action.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top wholesalers.
  • Utilize Red Bull systems and reports to capitalize on opportunities and monitor competitors.
  • Develop expertise in product and distributor competition within your region.

EXPERIENCE
Your expertise that matters:

  • Proven sales track record.
  • FMCG experience (wholesale preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail.
  • Ability to nurture professional relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative tools.
  • Local market/geographical knowledge is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 70-80%.
