Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive – Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd – Motus Import Multi Franchise (Pinetown)
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of pre-owned vehicle transactions, in line with predefined objectives and standard operating procedures.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Processes and Governance
- Identify and apply solutions to operational challenges, escalating unresolved issues where necessary.
- Meet or exceed agreed performance targets in accordance with set procedures and service level agreements.
- Report on sales activities to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory processes.
- Deliver superior customer service by advising and supporting clients based on their needs.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost pre-owned vehicle sales.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales, and maintain follow-up communication for customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to FICA regulations, POPI Act, and Consumer Protection Act requirements.
- Process potential customer leads and pursue sales opportunities.
- Cultivate and expand customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Finance
- Perform duties with financial diligence to minimize losses.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric certificate.
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in a similar environment.
- Valid South African driver’s license.
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Strong sales development capabilities.
- Proven ability to close deals effectively.
- Persuasive negotiation and selling skills.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicles and services.
- High integrity and reliability.
