Job Description
Role Overview
As part of OUTsurance’s Broker Tied Agent Model, you will grow the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance. Your role includes selling personal and commercial lines through prospecting and canvassing for new business.

Qualifications
General Requirements:
- Matric or National Senior Certificate.
- Reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access.
- Valid code B driver’s license.
- 3+ years of external face-to-face sales experience.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management.
For FAIS Representatives (Non-Negotiable):
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (dependent on DOFA).
- RE5 certification (dependent on DOFA).
Additional Information
The OUTsurance Broker (Bloemfontein) will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with the Commercial team. The ideal candidate will embody OUTsurance values: Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate, and Recognition.
