Purpose of Position:
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, cost control, risk mitigation, stock loss reduction, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Enhance customer service, maintain store image, manage stock, and implement promotions to boost revenue.
- Minimize Stock Loss: Foster a secure store culture by enforcing stock and cash handling procedures.
- Cost Management: Optimize store operations in line with PEP’s low-cost culture.
- Administration: Ensure all store administrative tasks comply with company guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and manage a dynamic team to maximize performance.
75Standards:** Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficient in English.
- Relevant tertiary education in business or retail (degree/diploma preferred).
- 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft/GSuite advantageous).
