Role Purpose
Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients, delivering prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. Review and process incoming correspondence, allocate workflow tasks efficiently, and ensure timely resolution aligned with service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Matric qualification or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in an Insurance administration environment
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Employee Benefits experience (advantageous)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in clients with queries and documentation
  • Accurately capture data from documents and correspondence
  • Allocate workflow fairly to administrators
  • Maintain and update client records with precision
  • Uphold client confidentiality and data protection compliance
  • Support continuous improvement in client satisfaction
  • Handle inbound calls and emails when required
  • Resolve basic enquiries within agreed service levels
  • Update Excel reports with new business allocations
  • Redirect emails to appropriate departments
  • Develop knowledge of Momentum Corporate processes for effective query resolution
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Support front-line teams with call overflow and query handling
  • Capture and verify beneficiary details, liaising with relevant teams
