Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Leadership Development & International Office in managing team members and projects, implementing systems, and achieving departmental goals.
- Assist in coordinating functions and projects that foster continuous learning, talent development, and attraction campaigns.
- Help build and maintain an international network to support organizational growth.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- Degree or diploma in Leadership Development, Politics, International Relations, or a relevant field.
- 4 years of management experience.
- 3 years in a training and development role (practitioner level).
- 2 years of online learning design and management (advantageous).
- 3 years in a liberal political party or related environment (advantageous).
- Knowledge of local, provincial, and national political frameworks and liberal philosophy.
- Strong financial and project management skills.
- Expertise in system creation, implementation, and tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and digital communication tools.
- Exceptional English language skills, including proofreading and report writing.
- Strong presentation, coordination, and administrative abilities.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, work independently, and handle high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to Democratic Alliance principles and willingness to work irregular hours and travel.
