Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of Magazine registers against physical stock and use correct color pens for booking in/out.
- Verify Magazine licenses are valid and within allowable limits.
- Monitor stock availability for both internal and external needs.
- Maintain minimum required stock levels at all times.
- Assist with Production Planning activities.
- Identify and resolve loading errors promptly.
- Reconcile physical stock with SAP records.
- Oversee rework and management of old product.
- Conduct Three-Way Checks (delivery notes vs. freight summary vs. customer order vs. available stock) with three authorized individuals.
- Ensure delivery notes meet quality standards.
- Guarantee full Order On Time delivery.
- Manage work attendance and team schedules.
- Control overtime to stay within prescribed limits.
- Implement Performance Management strategies.
- Prioritize safety in all daily operations.
- Maintain strict security protocols for magazines.
- Enforce PPE compliance among subordinates.
- Complete SOX compliance reports accurately.
- Track and update real-time stock movements in SAP.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Valid Magazine Master Certificate CIE.
- Driver’s License.
- Minimum 1+ years of Magazine experience.
- SAP experience is advantageous.
