About the Role
As a Business Analyst II, you’ll play a key role in our purpose-lending space by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to deliver new products and enhancements. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, translate needs into detailed specifications, and work closely with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation. Additionally, you’ll manage the SDLC, review test plans, and validate results for timely project delivery.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Finance or credit experience is preferred but not mandatory for adaptable, skilled candidates.
- A diploma or certification in business analysis is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and translate business requirements into clear specifications.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify impacts and ensure comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless requirement implementation.
- Validate test plans and results to ensure alignment with requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 certification.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., diploma or formal qualification).
Skills
- Analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Stakeholder & relationship management.
- Knowledge of Agile/SDLC methodologies.
Preferred Experience
- Banking industry knowledge.
- Agile and project management principles.
