Job Summary
The Model Operations Analyst (RSA) will design, develop, and oversee the deployment of IT processes, ensuring alignment with Absa’s strategic objectives. This role involves maintaining the IT reference process framework, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing a central repository of process artifacts.
Job Description
Process Engineering
- Communicate reference processes and drive adoption across the IT organization.
- Design, develop, and update IT processes while overseeing their deployment.
- Monitor and assess existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and measure their impact.
- Maintain the IT process repository, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Ensure adherence to process modelling standards.
Accountability: Deliver & Support
- Create and manage a centralized process and knowledge management repository for stakeholders.
- Own and maintain IT reference processes, ensuring updates and organizational adoption.
- Analyze project successes and failures to refine project management processes.
- Monitor process performance, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Drive quality and consistency improvements across IT processes and methodologies.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
