Qualifications
Essential:
- 3-Year National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Legislation, or Industrial Psychology.
Experience
Essential:
- Broad HR generalist experience.
- 2-3 years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, implementing HR frameworks and policies.
- Strong background in FMCG, retail, or similar industries.
- Thorough understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated success in HR delivery within a retail setting.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of CCMA operations.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
- In-depth understanding of HR legislation, recruitment, training, and workforce planning.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with diversity, inclusion, and employment equity principles.
