Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to:
- Achieve revenue and volume targets as per the Annual Operating Plan.
- Ensure 100% customer call rate and a 90% strike rate.
- Maintain a stales threshold rate below 0.5%.
- Secure new business in line with targets.
- Efficiently manage cash and stock.
- Analyze reports to drive continuous route improvements.
- Support cost control through responsible vehicle operation.
- Comply with all company policies, including Health & Safety.
- Maintain company assets (e.g., Hand-Held Computers, vehicles, uniforms).
Qualifications
To qualify, you should have:
- A 3-year Business/Commercial tertiary qualification.
- 3 years of FMCG experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
- A minimum of 1 year of vehicle operating experience.
- A valid Code 10 Driver’s License.
- A Public Driver’s Permit.
- Defensive Driving Certification.
