Role Purpose
Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling Metropolitan’s financial products. Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client retention, drive market growth, and support the company’s long-term success.
Requirements
- Matric or N4 Equivalent Qualification
- FAIS compliance based on DOFA date
- Relevant regulatory exams if already in the financial services industry
- 5 years’ experience (for Matric holders) or 1-2 years’ experience (for degree holders, preferred)
- Strong computer literacy
- Fluency in English

- Engage with prospects to assess financial needs
- Recommend and sell suitable financial products
- Maintain accurate client and sales records
- Meet production, quality, and conversion targets
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
