About the Role
As a UX Writer at Capitec, you’ll craft compelling app content that aligns with our products, strengthens brand consistency, and supports our strategic goals.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Communications, Journalism, Marketing).
- 3+ years of UX writing experience in financial/insurance industries.
- Proficiency in Figma and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CMS platforms like SharePoint or WordPress.
- Strong understanding of corporate tone, brand voice, and internal communication protocols.
Knowledge In:
- Social media platforms.
- Financial and corporate environments.
- UX writing techniques and methodologies.
- Internal communication and business processes.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Project management and commercial thinking.
- Interpersonal and relationship management.
