Job Description
The GRC Platform Administrator will collaborate with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to maintain, enhance, and support our low-code GRC system. This role also involves IT functions to ensure effective data reporting. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency and regulatory compliance while aligning system updates with our sister companies in Ireland and YOUI Australia, including flexible communication across time zones.
Job Responsibilities
Governance
- Implement system improvements on the ReadiNow platform.
- Maintain support processes in line with ITIL standards adopted by OUTsurance.
- Adhere to IT software change and release processes and standards.
Business Analysis, Solution Design & Testing
- Collaborate with business units to optimize and integrate the ReadiNow platform using lean design principles.
- Define and address business needs before proposing technical solutions.
- Engage with the ReadiNow team to assess platform updates and their impact on OUTsurance, including required testing.
- Work with IT teams to facilitate seamless application integrations.
Application Support
- Deliver high-quality support for the ReadiNow platform across OUTsurance and group companies.
- Collaborate with YOUI and Ireland on cross-company platform issues.
- Prioritize and manage incidents, keeping stakeholders updated on resolution progress.
- Support major incident management in partnership with the ReadiNow support team.
- Provide after-hours support for critical incidents or platform releases as needed.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain system documentation, support processes, and procedures.
- Update incident and change request tickets in 4me and Jira.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred) OR
- 4+ years of experience managing low-code systems like ReadiNow or SharePoint.

- Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Proactive teamwork using tools like Microsoft Teams and project management software.

Technical Skills
- Experience with ReadiNow or similar low-code platforms.
- Quick learner with conceptual understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, business process reengineering, conditional logic (programming), and entity-relationships.
