About the Role
The successful candidate will ensure smooth kitchen operations, maintain menu consistency, and assist in inventory management while collaborating with the Catering Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze recipes to price menu items based on food and overhead costs.
- Monitor the quality of raw and cooked food to uphold standards.
- Verify the quantity and quality of received products.
- Collaborate on recipe and menu planning, considering seasonal ingredients and customer demand.
- Train staff in new cooking techniques and equipment use.
- Design appealing food presentations and displays.
- Develop production schedules and staffing plans for timely service.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking across multiple units.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and regulations.
- Support team development through hands-on training and industry trend implementation.
- Assist with additional duties as required.
