Job Purpose
Lead high-impact business transformation initiatives using Strategy&’s Fit for Growth methodology. You will apply deep industry expertise, analytical prowess, and strategic thinking to drive operating model design, cost optimization, and business restructuring.
Key Expectations:
- Sell and deliver end-to-end strategy-based transformation projects.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostics on operations, cost structures, and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop data-driven recommendations backed by industry benchmarks.
- Lead business development, including proposals and client relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor consultants and build high-performance, inclusive teams.
- Adapt dynamically across client sectors and challenges.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end consulting engagements.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Postgraduate degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science.
- CFA Level 1 or MBA (advantageous).
Experience & Technical Skills:
- 7–10 years in strategy consulting (reputable firm).
- Full lifecycle consulting experience: sales, delivery, and project closure.
- Sector expertise in Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, Python, etc.).
- Proven success in cost reduction, digital transformation, and operating model redesign.
Soft Skills:
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Leadership in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving.
- Team-oriented approach in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
