Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service to all pet owners
- Maintain stock levels and ensure timely order placements
- Demonstrate proficiency in administration and IT systems
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Show enthusiasm for retail and a genuine love for animals (full product training provided)
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of retail/sales experience (advantageous)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
- Ability to handle and pack stock efficiently
- Hardworking, reliable, and dependable attitude
- Engaging and interactive personality
- Passionate about pets and customer service
