Description
Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the warehouse environment while driving optimal performance in stock control, sales, and personnel management.
Requirements
Minimum Education/Training
- Grade 12
Minimum Work Experience
- 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or retail store environment
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
Key Performance Areas
- Manage and develop warehouse personnel
- Oversee budget and financial controls in the warehouse
- Drive sales and customer service initiatives
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management
- Handle general warehouse administration
Technical Knowledge & Competencies
- Strong understanding of AFGRI Retail’s product range
- Proficiency in MS Office and job-related software
- POS and SAP experience
- Valid driver’s licence (Code 08)
