Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Evaluation & Investigation: Apply technical expertise to assess and investigate claims thoroughly, ensuring accurate settlements and minimizing financial leakage.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to internal and external clients, adhering to SLAs and Hollard’s quality standards.
- Broker Support & Engagement: Provide brokers with technical guidance, training, and proactive support to strengthen partnerships.
- Professional Communication: Ensure prompt and professional responses to all stakeholder queries within 24 hours.
- Claims Registration: Register all incoming claims within 24 hours to maintain efficiency.
- Rejection Letter Review: Draft clear, compliant, and sensitive rejection letters.
- Dispute Resolution: Resolve claims disputes fairly while maintaining stakeholder trust.
- Broker Relationship Management: Conduct broker visits and foster strong, collaborative relationships.
- Claims Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Estimate Oversight: Monitor claim estimates to ensure financial control and accuracy.
