Job Purpose:
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, minimizing risks and stock loss, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store image, managing stock, and executing promotions effectively.
- Minimize stock loss through strong store culture, adherence to security protocols, and proper stock and cash handling procedures.
- Manage costs efficiently in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed following company guidelines.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store.
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business or retail (advantageous).
- 1–2 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft or GSuite is beneficial).
