Job Description
As a Technician at AFGRI, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of agricultural and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum Education/Training
- N2 Qualified Technician
Minimum Work Experience
- 3 years’ relevant experience (including apprenticeship training)
Key Performance Areas
- Perform repairs and maintenance on tractors and equipment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving queries and complaints within set timeframes
- Accurately update job cards
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to protective equipment guidelines
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Technical Knowledge/Competencies
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong product knowledge in tractor and equipment repair and maintenance
- Excellent time-keeping abilities
- Good communication skills
