Truworths is looking for four dedicated and customer-focused IT Service Desk Consultants to join our support team at Head Office in Cape Town. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about IT support and delivering high-quality service to users across our store network.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to store and head office users via telephone and email

Log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels

Escalate unresolved issues and provide feedback to ensure consistent service delivery

Keep service request and incident logs updated daily to maintain accurate records

Identify and report common technical issues and trends to your line manager

Maintain high standards of customer service with a strong focus on issue resolution
Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar IT support environment

Matric (Grade 12) is required
-
IT qualification, certification, or diploma would be advantageous
-
Knowledge of retail operations is preferred
-
Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office and basic systems support

Must have reliable transport

Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
