Job Purpose
Drive store sales and profitability by training associates, supporting staff development, and overseeing daily operations in line with Adidas Retail policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in optimizing staff structure to enhance productivity and minimize payroll costs.
- Assist in evaluating employee performance and conducting coaching sessions.
- Manage hiring documentation, payroll processing, and personnel files in compliance with company standards.
- Train and develop staff using customer service tools and communication strategies aligned with Adidas Retail goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of operational information.
- Support visual merchandising and security protocols, including shrinkage control and safety inspections.
- Assist in merchandising, promotions, and inventory management to meet sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on planning, auditing, and organizational processes.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: High school diploma with 2+ years of retail experience or equivalent combination.
- Proven leadership, training, and operational management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
