Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with world-class service.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked and place orders as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of administration and IT systems.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a passion for retail and a love for animals. (Product training provided.)
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- One year of retail/sales experience (advantageous).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours.
- Capable of carrying and packing stock.
- Hardworking, interactive, and engaging.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable.
- Passionate about pets and retail.
