Job Description
IT Audit – Consultant
Join Deloitte Ireland’s Risk Advisory team, working remotely from South Africa, as part of our Technology and Digital Risk practice. You’ll engage with cutting-edge technologies, supporting clients in achieving their digital ambitions through IT risk and assurance services. Key focus areas include IT Internal/External Audit, IT Risk Management, and Third-Party Assurance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- A degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or equivalent
- Professional certifications like CISA, CRISC, or CIA are advantageous
Experience & Skills
- 3–4 years of IT audit and risk assessment experience
- Strong grasp of business/IT processes and related risks; ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle) is a plus
- Ability to evaluate IT controls and recommend improvements
- Analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Track record of high-quality, timely deliverables
- Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent written English, teamwork, and communication abilities
- Familiarity with IT frameworks (ISO27001, COBIT, NIST)
