Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service.
- Keep the store fully stocked and manage orders efficiently.
- Utilize administrative and IT systems effectively.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Bring enthusiasm for retail and a love for animals (product training provided!).
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- 1+ year in retail/sales (advantageous).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Ability to handle and pack stock.
- Hardworking, interactive, and engaging personality.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable.
