We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Monitoring and Evaluation Intern to support the Foundation’s data and evaluation activities. This role is designed to provide a newly qualified individual with hands-on experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), helping them kickstart their career in this critical field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data.
- Support the development and implementation of M&E frameworks and tools.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Help maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in evaluations and research activities to measure program impact.
- Collaborate with team members to improve M&E processes and systems.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for youth development and entrepreneurship.
