Sales Representative: New Vehicle – Motus

Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to grow, manage, and retain new and existing customers to achieve sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively market and promote the brand and dealership within the target market.
  • Professionally and systematically penetrate the vehicle sales market.
    priMaximize sales by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Ensure dealership and OEM customer satisfaction standards are consistently met.
  • Achieve and surpass targeted unit sales and gross profit goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12 certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience (preferred with a proven track record).
  • Valid and unendorsed driver’s license.
  • Relevant OEM sales certification (advantageous).
  • Proven track record of maintaining CSI ratings above national averages.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Strong networking, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and effective communication (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work extended hours to exceed targets.
  • Resilience in handling rejection and high-pressure situations.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and ambitious.
  • People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable to cultural diversity and skilled in conflict management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
