Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Artisan Electrician TMM to maintain and assist in the operation of Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) equipment and systems, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan activities in line with production schedules and resource allocation.
- Ensure TMM electrical equipment meets design, installation, and maintenance standards.
- Conduct hazard assessments for equipment operation in compliance with safety procedures.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on underground TMM electrical equipment, including:
- Drill Rigs (DD320, DD321, DD420, DD421, DD422i)
- Long Hole Rigs (DL421, DL422i, DL432i, Rhino Machine)
- Cable Bolters (DS421, DS422i, DS412i)
- Roof Bolters (DS411, Maclean Bolter 946)
- LHD (LH410, LH517i, LH621i)
- Dump Trucks (TH430, TH540, TH551i)
- Atlas Copco (M4C, ME7), Shotcrete (Normet), Manitou, and Agicars
- Certify equipment for hot work, live testing, and underground suitability.
- Maintain and overhaul electrical equipment in accordance with industry standards.
- Align with planned maintenance schedules and record-keeping.
- Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards (ZERO HARM).
- Train and develop team members.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / N3 / Equivalent NQF Level 4 (with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science).
- Trade Certificate: Electrician.
- MQA MV Switching Certificate.
- Valid EB / Code 8 Driver’s License.
- Proto team certification (advantageous).
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in TMM electrical maintenance in an underground mining environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing specified equipment (see list above).

Background Checks: Successful candidates will undergo criminal, qualification, and medical screenings.
