Job Description
The Drive-in-Centre (DIC) Assessor is responsible for determining the quantum and merit of damages sustained in incidents involving drivable vehicles.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Qualified Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or Motor Mechanic
- Minimum 2 years of assessing or estimating experience
- Must be a professional VDQ member
- Leadership, Management, or Insurance-related studies (completed or in progress) will be beneficial
Responsibilities
| Assess claims on a daily basis
| Monitor and manage average repair costs and assessment quality
| Handle customer complaints and ad-hoc queries
| Analyze personal data to ensure target achievement
| Strong understanding of performance KPIs
| Liaise with service providers, clients, and advisors
| Conduct all duties in line with required performance and quality standards
