THE JOB AT A GLANCE
As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for RMA Life, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the IT strategy to support the Group’s growth. You will ensure the organization adopts cutting-edge technology while maintaining efficient and effective IT infrastructure for superior customer service and internal operations. Driving operational excellence through strategic IT solutions, you will enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring high system availability.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Development, Implementation, and Maintenance of ICT Strategy
- Develop and execute short- and long-term IT strategies aligned with organizational vision and mission.
- Enhance care delivery and compensation solutions while driving shareholder value.
- Strengthen the RMA brand through competitive IT strategies.
- Deploy innovative technological solutions to benefit internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure IT and cybersecurity strategies align with business needs.
- Proactively identify and address IT challenges and opportunities.
Develop and Maintain Digital Strategy
- Oversee digital transformation in line with business objectives and industry trends.
- Drive strategic digital initiatives, ensuring scalable and future-proof solutions.
- Implement digital operating models, IT architecture, and services.
- Optimize business performance through digital enablers and measure ROI on initiatives.
Enterprise and Business Architecture
- Develop enterprise capability strategies to support RMA’s growth.
- Establish enterprise-wide architecture to align with business transformation.
- Maintain compliance between business strategies, IT transformation, and governance standards.
Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance
- Align IT risk with organizational risk frameworks.
- Define and enforce security policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Safeguard data integrity through disaster recovery and cybersecurity measures.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and provide IT performance updates.
- Ensure continuous business support and process adherence.
Cost Management
- Develop budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic needs.
- Optimize cost efficiency, process improvements, and fraud prevention.
- Monitor financial performance and manage resources effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE?
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business; postgraduate qualification in Business, IT, or Digital Strategy preferred (MBA advantageous).
- 10–12 years in complex technology solutions, digital transformation, and process improvement.
- 5–7 years in financial services (preferred) + 5 years leading digital teams.
- Proven success in digital transformations, agile methodologies, and system integrations.
- Expertise in industry trends, business policies, and stakeholder management.
