Role Overview
As an FTTH Project Administrator, you’ll join our dynamic Consumer Division, ensuring seamless project coordination for customer orders, upgrades, and downgrades. Your role is pivotal in maintaining clear communication between Fibre Network Operators (FNOs) and customers, delivering a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage FTTH orders, upgrades, and downgrades efficiently.
- Track and update customers on order progress proactively.
- Coordinate service delivery with Fibre Network Operators (FNOs).
- Maintain accurate documentation of FTTH delivery processes.
- Resolve high-volume customer queries via calls and emails.
- Provide solutions for complex customer situations.
- Support other reasonable tasks as required.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (tertiary education preferred).
- 2+ years in fast-paced customer service/technical support.
- 1+ year in ISP project delivery, provisioning, or technical support.
- Proven ability to manage high ticket volumes daily.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and numerical tasks.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
