Job Purpose:
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks, reducing stock loss, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities:
- Boost sales through excellent customer service, store image upkeep, stock management, and promotional execution.
- Minimize stock loss by fostering a secure store culture and adhering to cash and stock handling procedures.
- Control costs by driving operational efficiencies in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Lead, train, coach, and manage the performance of a dynamic store team.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and store cleanliness.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficient in English.
- Relevant degree/diploma in business or retail (advantageous).
- 1–2 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft and/or Google GSuite (advantageous).
