PURPOSE OF POSITION
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, minimizing risks and stock loss, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Sales & Customer Service
- Increase sales through exceptional customer service and store standards upkeep.
- Maintain store image, stock management, and execute promotions effectively.
Minimize Stock Loss
- Foster a secure store culture by adhering to security protocols and cash-handling procedures.
Cost Management
- Align with company cost-efficiency principles by optimizing store operations.
Administration & Compliance
- Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company guidelines.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, coach, and manage performance of a dynamic store team.
Store Standards & Safety
- Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant tertiary education in business/retail (advantageous).
- 1-2 years’ retail leadership experience.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft/GSuite is a plus).
