International Outbound Sales Consultant – CPT

CallForce is seeking dynamic International Outbound Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will engage with trial and recently lapsed trial customers, converting them into paid subscribers for premium satellite and online entertainment services.
This is a no cold calling environment, focusing on warm leads from customers who have used a free trial. Future work-from-home opportunities may be available for top performers.
Successful candidates will receive comprehensive product and system training to ensure success.
Education & Experience:
- Matric certificate
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience in an international call center
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Exceptional communication & persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
Salary & Benefits:
- Earnings based on productive hours, including shift & travel allowances
- Performance-based incentives
Working Hours:
- Rotational shifts: 15:00 – 04:00
- Schedule: Monday – Sunday (rotational days)
