Role Purpose
Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling Metropolitan’s financial products, providing expert advice, and ensuring exceptional after-sales service. Your role will drive business growth, client retention, and long-term company success.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ sales or call center experience (essential)
- Financial services or insurance industry experience (advantageous)
- Matric or NQF 4 equivalent
- Finance/Business Management qualification (preferred)
- FAIS compliance and RE5 certification
- Driver’s license and own transport (desirable)
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Process
- Engage prospects to assess financial needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Conduct affordability analyses and explain product benefits to guide client decisions.
- Accurately capture client data and ensure compliance in all transactions.
- Meet production, quality, and conversion targets while adhering to legislative requirements.
Client
- Resolve queries promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Build lasting client relationships through trusted advisory services.
- Deliver regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction.
- Advocate for fair treatment and continuous service improvement.
