Apprentices Millwright (3 Years) – Adcock Ingram
Job Purpose
To service and maintain all manufacturing equipment according to specifications while adhering to industry-standard engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation artisans.
- Repair equipment failures to restore full functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring failures.
- Complete job cards promptly with accurate documentation.
- Ensure all equipment is safe before work begins and safety gear is operational.
- Comply with cGMP standards as per Adcock Ingram Critical Care requirements.
- Identify and recommend replacement parts or additional repairs.
- Assess and determine if further intervention is needed during inspections.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance.
- Acquire necessary skills to work independently post-training.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (essential).
- N4–N6 qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical (essential).
