Job Overview
As a Sales Representative for Shakaskraal Bakery, you will drive sales growth by executing effective sales strategies, building customer relationships, and ensuring outstanding in-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily gate meetings to align on performance targets, execution, and key KPIs.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Perform in-market coaching to enhance Van Sales Representatives’ effectiveness.
- Ensure full coverage of all assigned outlets within the route.
- Conduct individual customer visits to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
- Drive business development by expanding the customer base.
- Formulate and implement action plans to boost market share and sales.
- Collaborate with training teams to upskill sales staff on critical business areas.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- 3-year business/commercial qualification or equivalent.
- 3 years of FMCG experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
- Valid driver’s license.
